Having been in the fire service for 23 years, I got used to working with some of the best products around. When I retired, I purchased a new truck and wanted to install my CB, GPS and idle controller in a professional manner. I asked the purchasing agent at the fire department whose console products they used and they said Troy Products. I emailed them and Judy Slivkoff responded quickly with lots of information. After reviewing their consoles, I chose a 12-inch one and have been very happy with it. They even worked with me to design a custom faceplate for my GPS. I shipped the GPS to them; they made the plate; and shipped it all back with no problem. It all worked as advertised.
